Directors

Steve Loe has 40 years’ experience developing and managing strategy, marketing and award recognition programs. His expertise covers all areas of a program including: marketing, sponsorship, media, judging processes, ticket sales, presentation evening production, scripting and entertainment.

Steve created the Australian Small Business Champion Awards and the high-profile Local Business Awards. Steve’s passion and excitement for small business of Australia is evident as is his vision for recognition of best practice of start-ups to well established small businesses of the Australian economy.

Chris Jamgotchian has 10 years’ experience at Precedent Productions, commencing as a Project Coordinator and has progressed to become the General Manager and Director of the company. His knowledge and expertise enable him to manage the Precedent team to deliver exceptional results.

Chris’ inspiration for each of the programs has seen the expansion of both the Local Business Awards and Australian Small Business Champion Awards throughout Australia.
